I work to support better healthcare and societal changes.

I’ve loved working on practical applications of technogies that can help people, no matter how simple or complex. I am interested in building solutions that can help researchers to streamline their work and reduce the time and cost of their research, as well as empower regular people to explore and understand their own life and surroundings.

My current research interests centres around text mining and semantic analysis, with a growing effort on enhancing digital twin systems with these technologies in personalise healthcare and social studies. Other research interests include robust and dynamic data management, data visualisation and prediction, and gamifications in research studies.

Previously I have worked on several multi-disciplinary projects including national and regional COVID-19 related studies, breathomics sample collection and analysis and mass-spectrometry workflow automation.
